- Remember to stay consistent with whatever route you decide to take

- NO Alcohol
- NO Desserts/Candies/Junk
- NO Fried Food
- NO Beef or Pork
- NO Dairy
- NO Sweet Tea, Lemonade and Processed Fruit Juices
- Whole Grain
- Fruits and Veg (Fresh, Frozen or Canned – not in syrup)
- Poultry or Seafood
- Add a glass of water before every meal
- Steam, Boil, Bake or Broil Foods
- Use Non Stick Spray Instead of Oils
- Increase Activity
- Intermittent fasting
- Log Food and Review Daily
- Find an Accountability Partner
- Mealtess Monday
- Cleansing Mineral or Supplements
